The current that you are measuring passes through copper in the sensor. At an average current of 20A, this would give you a 100C temperature rise. If you are happy with this rise, you can run at 20A, but if you would like to measure higher average currents, or if you would like a lower temperature rise, then we would need to make you a sensor for higher currents. This is on our roadmap, but prior to that we have been working on a sensor for measuring gate currents on power devices.
